How did Carly's Critters come about?
Carly's Critters was created from a deep, lifelong love of animals and a passion for sharing that joy with others. Based in Eastern Connecticut, we’re a mobile mini farm and petting zoo that brings interactive animal experiences to families, schools, businesses, and communities across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
Our packages are designed to make any event memorable! Whether you’re planning a birthday party, bar or bat mitzvah, quinceañera, wedding, corporate event, or family reunion, we’ve got something for everyone. Our mobile petting zoo features cuddly farm animals, and our pony rides can be a standalone attraction or added to any package for extra fun. We also offer Critter Cuddles for extra snuggle time with our furry friends!
Reptile enthusiasts will love our Reptiles, Amphibians, and Invertebrates Exhibit, which brings fascinating creatures to your event in spring, summer, and fall. This stand-alone experience or add-on is sure to wow guests with up-close encounters featuring reptiles, amphibians, and creepy crawly critters!
Looking for an educational or therapeutic experience? We partner with schools, colleges, nursing homes, assisted living centers, daycares, special needs camps, and other care facilities to offer hands-on, enriching animal interactions. Our therapy visits bring comfort, smiles, and the calming presence of animals to people of all ages.
If you’re hosting a larger event, like a fair, food truck festival, farmers’ market, or even an event at your vineyard, brewery, or local business, Carly’s Critters can enhance the experience with pony rides, cuddly animals, and unique critter exhibits that are sure to draw a crowd.
